I can't log in to Tabsters

 

Here are the steps to follow if you are unable to login to Tabsters

 

Several types of error messages may appear when you are trying to login :

  • If you have forgotten your password :

    Simply click on the "Forgot your password" button. An email containing a link allowing you to reset your password will be sent to your email box.

  • Invalid user or password :

    Please check that the information you have entered is correct. The login and password are case sensitive. Try again, making sure to respect upper and lower case.
    If you enter your login or password from a copy/paste, check that you have not added a space at the end of your selection.

    If the problem persists, click on the "Forgot your password" button and an email containing a link to reset your password will be sent to your mailbox.

  • Invalid license / License expired :

    This means that the license assigned to the account you are trying to log into, is no longer valid. Contact your Tabsters referral and ask them to assign you a valid license.
