What is "Decisions View" ?

The "Decisions View" report is represented graphically or in table format. The report is created using a decision block's view (columns, sorting, filters). It allows you to display your decisions and related data on the selected perimeter.

Use case example : This report can be used to identify all of the taken or to be taken decisions on the selected perimeter and to ensure that they are correctly carried out (planning dates filled in, meeting created and linked to this decision, etc.).

 
 
 

How is the slide built ?

The slide is built by displaying the view you have selected. The slide will rebuild the view you created in the Decisions tab with your view's saved filters and fields.
Allows you to select the view you wish to build into the slide.
Display when no view has been selected yet.
Display when a view has been selected.
 

Which level is it available at ?

  • Project hierarchy : Business Line, Project
  • Resource : Entity, Resource
  • Axis : Business line,s grouping, Projects grouping
 

Tips

  • Quick view access : You can quickly access your view using the icon next to the name of your view. If you modify your view, the changes will automatically be taken into account.
